Cancellations received till 31st May 2026 will be entitled for 75% refund of the registration amount paid.

📅 Till 30th June 2026

50%

Cancellations received till 30th June 2026 will be entitled for 50% refund of the registration amount paid.

📅 Till 31st July 2026

25%

Cancellations received till 31st July 2026 will be entitled for 25% refund of the registration amount paid.

After 1st August 2026

No Refund

No refund for cancellations made on or after 1st August 2026.

Important Refund Information

  • The refund process will begin only 30 days after the completion of the conference.
  • All the refunds will be processed 30 days after the conference and the GST 18% will be excluded.
  • All cancellations should be made in writing and sent to conference Secretariat email.
  • Refund amount will be calculated based on the original registration fee paid, excluding GST.

We as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on Account of the Cardholder having exceeded the pre-set limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time.
