Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully. All cancellations must be made in writing and sent to the conference Secretariat email.
Cancellations received till 31st May 2026 will be entitled for 75% refund of the registration amount paid.
Cancellations received till 30th June 2026 will be entitled for 50% refund of the registration amount paid.
Cancellations received till 31st July 2026 will be entitled for 25% refund of the registration amount paid.
No refund for cancellations made on or after 1st August 2026.
